All JS is "decoded" by hands and head. If you do not know JS at a sufficient level for this, you do not need all the result and / or you will not understand it.

Well, the question is obviously incorrectly asked. Neither the sample file, nor the circumstances of its appearance. Something tells me that you have either already caught the ransomware virus, or are on the verge of catching it.
The infection usually goes like this. An email comes with an attachment, an attachment with the extension either js or zip, and inside js. When opened, all documents (doc, docx, xls, xslx extension) are encrypted on all connected drives. There are versions that additionally encrypt pictures and 1s databases. The original data is deleted and encrypted files with the .vault extension appear instead. Older versions of the ransomware may have a different extension.
Information recovery methods. 1. Try to recover deleted files (Recuva, R-Studio programs). With modern versions of the virus, this cannot be restored. 2. Try to restore files from shadow copies (in Windows 7, if System Restore is enabled). The results are the most positive, almost all files are recovered. 3. Arrange for restoration on the DRWEB website. Incredible, haven't tried it. 4. Pay virus writers. Undesirable, maybe they will take the money, but they won’t give the decryption key, they will demand more money.
