Which cross-platform mobile application front-end to choose for REST-API?

There is a ready-made back-end on Django, which is used in several services. In essence, the application is a list of all graduates with filters and the ability to "make friends", that is, exchange contacts. There was a need to quickly develop a mobile application based on it, I would like to understand what technologies are now the most suitable, taking into account the following requirements:
1. Cross-platform - the ability to immediately publish the application on iOS and Android
2. The ability to cache downloaded data on the application side so as not to show a blank screen in the absence of a network
3. A widely used solution so as not to end up with unsupported technology in a couple of years
I watched several collections on the topic, but I would like to hear advice from practitioners.
