Which CRM to choose for managing loaders and handymen?

Hello, there is a small company that provides movers and laborers for construction and other projects. The volumes are not large at the moment (30-40 people for 5-10 objects).
Now excel is used for reporting, which is extremely inconvenient.
We want to use CRM. We looked at many options, but not one came up due to too many unnecessary functions.
Advise, maybe there is a special CRM for conducting such activities. Thank you.

crm is a customer relationship management system. That is, there will most likely not be a specialized one for your case, they are more about sales)
It is not clear from the question what specific functionality you need.
I suppose that some kind of distribution of employees by objects and their time employment + customer base.
In this case, it’s easier for you to take any crm and order a plugin for it from someone to distribute employees. For example, amocrm or bitrix have the ability to add plugins, while others are not very aware of plugins.
In the crm itself, you will keep records of clients and work with them, and assign employees to objects using the plugin.
Since most crms are paid and the plug-in will not be done for free, it is likely that you will be able to simply develop your own software for working with employees at facilities and a simple database with clients.
In any case, specify the question, add a description of the required functionality.

Look towards Planfix, this is not CRM, this is a platform for creating your own enterprise management system. As a constructor, complex, but a constructor, without programming. Very flexible. I can help, as I am an official Planfix integrator.
