CRM is required for a dance school with the following functionality:
1) Creating and maintaining a class schedule (one-time and recurring, for example, weekly classes) + preferably an API for displaying on the site
2) Ability to connect a reader for client cards.
3) View statistics of attendance of various directions / classes, statistics on teachers, financial statements.
4) Creation of subscriptions of various types (children/adults, unlimited, only for certain directions), with certain periods of validity, etc.
5) Maintaining sales, subscriptions, cash registers. Opening/closing shifts, reporting, etc.
6) Creation of reports by various criteria (active/inactive subscription, age, no visits for the period, etc.), creation of mailing lists with emails and phones.
