Which CRM to choose? Choosing between Bitrix24 and amoCRM for the B2B segment (legal services)?

We provide legal services, choose CRM.
After a big test of everything and everyone, we settled on Bitrisk24 and amoCRM.
Have you chosen between them? Why did you decide to choose one of them and not the other?
Any criticism on the choice between the two is also welcome.
After the tests, we can say the following so far:
Bitrisk24 is a very raw product, but promising. Very fast development cycle, new features appear quickly. For example, recently 05.2015 added the ability to integrate hardware SIP phones.
Many functions, unfortunately, are purely for show, for example, about projects. The support forum makes a terrible impression, many have problems and they are promised to be solved soon, soon, etc. Many questions weigh more than 1 year.
But on the other hand, the free version is for 12 people;)
And in general, the prices are normal.
amoCRM is a very sophisticated CRM product. Releases are rare, 2 times a year they roll out something worthwhile.
For integration with telephony, you will have to take telefum.
The documentation makes a positive impression.
Alas, due to the crisis, there is apparently no free version, and those that are quite expensive from 500 rubles to 1500 rubles per user per month.
Many on the toaster are looking for how to get away from it, a bad sign in my opinion.

Well, suddenly someone will help.
A year has passed, the dust has settled and I can tell you.
We use amocrm.
The version is paid, but for 2 users (supervisor + general).
Integration with telephony is from mango telecom direct (expensive), and there is onlinepbx.
Integration with mail has become very cool. Auto-creation of deals from a reply to a letter, i.e. you answered the client's request and the deal was automatically created.
Telephony shows the name of the person who is calling immediately on the phone (Linksys).
All call records are directly in the contact card in amo, while the records themselves are stored by onlinepbx.
Integration with the site, the reverse form and other web technologies is also on top.

Almost a year has passed, I wonder what they chose and what was the result?
Bitrix24 - CRM block firmly ranks second in my rating of the most inconvenient CRM systems.
amoCRM is the perfect front-end CRM system. Front - this means to work with transactions. Everything is geared towards solving this problem. Therefore, there is no free version - a cool professional tool, by definition, should be expensive.
Many whine here - there is no this, there is no this, only for small businesses ... Here is everything that was listed, what is not there - it is not needed there. amoCRM has a strong development team that is 100% focused on doing the best they can at their core mission of helping clients close more deals.
Damn, if only they didn’t fall for all this user whining and start adding a bunch of left-handed chips, as in Bitrix or other systems!
But how to solve other issues - work with old clients, receive all kinds of reports, enter into contracts and issue invoices, you ask? Back office systems and analytical CRM systems are designed for this. Just set up between all your integration tools and you will be happy.

Our consulting company has Freshoffice. Integration with phone, mail, website is built in by default. There is a recording of conversations. The version is also paid, but under a single license, i.e. You pay 1 time and "forever", and not every month.

Tried. Neither amo nor Bitrix entered, there are many functions, but mostly more for sales. Industry functionality is declared, but in fact it is not there or not enough. While we decided to stay on Intrum as a whole, it suits legal services, there are basic functions
