Which CRM has a "Zone for communication with a client"?

Now we use the Asana/Slack bundle. We are trying to find a CRM in which it would be possible to create something like a forum for each new project (for each new client), in which the client could asynchronously communicate with his manager, upload files, and so on. At the same time, "guest" links are needed so that clients do not register in the service and we do not have to add them to the team. Basecamp definitely has something similar, but we don’t really like their interface as a whole, surely there is something else similar?
