Which CRM & CMS & e-mail marketing integration solution to choose?

For a beginner holiday studio, you need a solution to the question from the title.
You need to build the process in this way:
there are service packages on the site --> you can leave an application for each package, the application is automatically processed by the CRM system and it is assigned a status --> the client receives a notification about some statuses from CRM to his e-mail ( for example, a link to a photo report from the event, while the link is inserted by the manager in a specific field in CRM, and this means a change in the status of the order ).
Help me choose from:
1) Bitrix24 & 1C-Bitrix & internal module for managing mailing lists
2) amoCRM & ??? &MailChimp/UniSender
3) your option
The first option pleases with the integration of everything with everything, but the CMS confuses the price and the presence of an insane number of options , i.e. difficult, intuitive choice.
In the second option, amoCRM pleases (IMHO, close in functionality to the SalesForce leader, but at an adequate price), but it is not clear with which CMS you can integrate and to what extent you can customize the management of e-mail bounces for your business.
If anyone has experience or understanding of the solution, please advise

Choose your CRM, but when it comes to sending emails, you are looking in the wrong direction. You do not need mass mailings, but the so-called transactional emails. To do this, you need to use a completely different type of service - Mandrill from Mailchimp or Sendgrid . I recommend Mandrill, whose free package allows you to send up to 12,000 emails per month.

There is a RegionSoft CRM solution + script server for this CRM. Through the script server, you create the necessary integration with the site, and the CRM itself can send letters, including colorful HTML.
