Which one would you recommend?

I plan to use for personal purposes. Lots of applications. And is it better to shove everything into the docker? Or create a VM?

2610 the processor can do the maximum
if you choose from this list - definitely ryzen, but I hope your memory doesn’t let you down there, a lot will depend on it, and amd can be very difficult to pick up
