2) please advise good courses in St. Petersburg in C, C ++

All courses - more or less garbage. Maybe a little worse, maybe a little better. The main thing is YOUR desire to learn. And if you want, you can watch and read books on YouTube.
Not difficult. But a graduate of courses and Junior in C / C ++ is heaven and earth.
Messer57 ,
But, by the way, if it’s hard for you to figure out why I’m asking them, then, probably, it would be worth not writing mockery, but either answering or ignoring ...

The problem is that your questions are infantile.
WELL OF COURSE it is possible. But how do we know that you are capable of it?

Damn, during the time that you climb the forums, it has long been possible to master at least one language primitively. Get up and do something practical. But you climb and look for somewhere to learn something simpler.
It is by virtue of the wording of your questions that it is clear that you do not want to learn the difficult. And in IT, in order to make good money, you need to become a good specialist, that is, it’s easier to get by, which means either you won’t get a job, or you will work for a pittance.
Move on to practice

Lol, no. I have 4 friends passed them, one found a job. At McDonald's. I am not kidding.
None, land. Absolutely none. This is a waste of money and precious time.
Yes really.

I don't see the point in courses. First, there are books. Secondly, now there are a lot of articles on the Internet that teach lessons on any topic. Learn to learn on your own.
It is quite possible to get a C++ job at junior. I, already knowing C, but almost not knowing C ++, in about a couple of months I independently pumped C ++ and got a job in the middle position. The main thing is your desire to learn.

Whatever, and courses from Brains are... these are courses taught by people for 30k, in my opinion. That is, beginners. Plus, part of the lessons goes in the "guys, my baby is sleeping, so I'll whisper it" - and all this with the sound quality of the cheapest microphone from aliexpress.
I won’t judge how good the idea is to study in courses, it’s easier for someone, someone needs a mentor, someone needs a simulation of couples and homework. But this particular sharaga is far from the best.
I also looked for good courses in St. Petersburg, and I continue, so far to no avail. There were thoughts to go to the Polytechnic University, but there reviews are 50/50, and as I understand it, there they simply parasitize on the image of the university.
