In my opinion, no, it's not worth it.
All the same knowledge can be obtained in the public domain, completely free of charge.
For the requested money, IMHO, you also need to give a personal mentor, which no schools give.

Decide what you mean by "programming". This is an extremely broad concept.
Good courses are read, for example, in the Specialist. The ones you listed are very expensive and ineffective (if not harmful).
There are also many free projects (openedu, for example), there are free courses from leading Western universities (and by paying after the course, you can also get a diploma).
