Which Community to choose for WP?

Hello everyone, please advise community for wp, with the ability to publish entries for users.
There is Wp-Recal but it is paid . I would like
to see:
Publication of posts in the topics I have chosen.
Moderation of posts before publication, and after moderation of a certain number of entries, then without moderation.
The author's page and the output of the author's block in his post.
Has anyone heard of such a plugin? Please
