Which code editor, undemanding to a PC, should a beginner choose?

I'm starting to learn C #, I installed Visual Studio because of all sorts of hints (as I saw in the video, a person writes something, and it prompts him in the form of a context menu), but it loads the CPU very well. In Visual Studio Code, I did not see any hints for Unity.

The studio is the best until you learn to be patient. In the general case, the rule is that if the computer slows down, change the computer, and this is not a joke. In my opinion, only an experienced developer can refuse the help of an IDE. Well, or an Olympiad student from Durov and write the appropriate code.
