Where can I find such a particles/additive(soft) shader in Unity?

I can't find the particles/additive(soft) shader in the options as in the picture.

Go to the Legacy Shaders -> Particles -> Additive (Soft) tab.
In new versions of the engine, this shader was moved there;)
