I want to make a website on the topic of selling cars (with the possibility of buying / selling). Now I'm looking for a suitable engine, can you advise where I can find one?

Symfony / Laravel and develop a project.
Any CMS will not suit your needs.
Even if you implement the desired functionality using the CMS (using modules), then you still have to rewrite half of it.
In terms of time, perhaps by 15 percent you will do it faster than on the framework, but in the end you will still rewrite the project and spend a huge amount of time / money
