Which CMS to choose with an emphasis on code, without being too intrusive wysiwyg?

Hey! Do you know the CMS parameters suitable for such Wishlist :

1) So that I can quickly pull up my HTML design and scripts without studying the Talmuds. I had a static site and still had the habit of picking html/css/js/etc on my own.

2) To work in the editor for the most part with the code of the articles, and not visually. I often write in wiki markup (doku) and am used to being in control of the code. While having the optional wysiwyg would be a plus, it's not as dominant as Gutenberg.

3) To have buttons for inserting snippets. It's great if the main ones like "text in several columns", "code highlighting", "quote" are pre-installed, and then to add custom ones.

4) Interactive: comments with oauth authorization, recommendations (list of the most popular articles for the month, for all time).

Or do not twitch and, like everyone else, hammer wordpress? I also watched Drupal, it somehow breathes more freely, but the latest version is not supported by the hoster. Recommended typesetter, bludit but they don't have what you need.
