Which CMS to choose to replace Tilda?

Good day community! I have the task of creating standalone sites on my own VPS from standard blocks, similar to Tilda: a block for entering text, a gallery, embedding a video, a call to action with a button, etc. Plus, I need a simple admin panel with a WYSIWYG editor there so that blocks can be controlled with the mouse - add, delete, drag and drop.

Does anyone have experience in working with a software product that closes such tasks? Or maybe there are some templates for the same WordPress that allow such customization? Now I'm thinking which way to dig. Thanks for the advice!

PS From the closest suitable one, I have so far found this solution from WordPress:

1) The theme is with blocks for customization: https://ru.wordpress.org/themes/blocksy/
2) A set of patterns for placement inside theme blocks: https://ru.wordpress.org/patterns/

But maybe there are more elegant solutions? If not, I'll stop there.

According to the description, Elementor for wordpress is the most suitable when it comes to cms.
Alternatively, one-time buy some "page builder" on the conditional themeforest and generate html pages through its constructor.

carrd.co is a very simple and affordable solution. There are fewer opportunities than in the tilde, but it is also easier to use.

Tasks are clear, but I would like to understand the criteria. This is the speed of creation, cheapness, you need to create a lot of the same type of landing pages per day, the speed of deploying a new site, are third-party integrations important to you, etc.?
1. For Blocky (as for almost any theme) you need a page builder
2. Not a sales-friendly selection)
Wordpress + Astra (or any but light theme) + Page builder (light) =
Happy Of the Elementor builders, the most popular, and adequate with the so-called. h. interface, but Freemium + heavy. And if there is a question of conversion or a favorable attitude of Google, it is better not to use it.
A good result can give the same WP + Astra + Extension(or similar) for a standard page editor (Gutenberg) - this is if speed comes first and convenience comes second.
Of the other options:
https://mobirise.com/ru/ - you do it on your computer and upload it to the host
. There are also page and site builders that run from the desktop / browser and are installed on the host.
Architect - HTML and Site Builder
SCRN Fusion - Creative Template with Page Builder
Сreato - HTML page builder
FLATPACK - Landing Pages Pack With Page Builder
Leadgen page builder
Weber - Multipurpose HTML Template with Page Builder
Select - Landing Page Set with a Builder
