If there are such questions, then there is no money for normal hosting.
There are a large number of very large publications that run on WordPress. This is quite suitable for you + caching and there are no problems. And if you add comments from disqus.com, then it’s generally beautiful.
You can do it on livestreet or pligg.com, but the first difficulty is with administration, the second is localization with the community.

Leavestreet is a retarded thing with very poor documentation and code. WordPress is regularly broken by hackers, if the resource is popular, there will be problems.
