Which CMS to choose for processing people databases?

I'll formulate the question a little:
We need a CMS, which will make it more convenient to work with the database, that is, changing certain criteria, displaying groups according to some criteria, and so on. I would not want to write this from scratch, because obviously this has already been created before.
I just made the output of everyone on a Yandex map with reference to the house. I had to write from scratch.
I would like to know if there is a CMS that was created for about such purposes?

@LenLord

If you start from what you wrote
Then Drupal + the Views module is ideal for you for convenient selection from the database, this is probably the most ideal bundle.

CMS is designed for standard projects - a blog, an online store, you have a non-standard project, which means you either don’t need to use CMS and write your own or take any - you still have to finish it, but there will still be a lot of extra. I have not heard about such CMS in public.

And I would advise any CMS that is focused on online stores, because you will end up with a catalog of people, and as I understand it, it does not differ much from a product catalog. And the stores just support all the filters, search, properties and a whole bunch of other things.
