I will assume that the tutorial implies a lot of static pages. In this case, I'd choose nuxt generate What it's about: You're building a VUE website. CNC, feedback, SEO, the ability to do testing, it's all there. Usually nuxt works as a server and generates pages at runtime, but with the generate parameter, a bunch of static files are created at the build stage, which are then placed on the server. The speed of such a site is beyond praise.
The only dynamic element according to your TK: these are comments. With this approach, they cannot be implemented in the usual way. But no one bothers to load them asynchronously.
Thus we have:
The whole site is static html pages. (CNC, links, SEO everything remains working)
And all the work with the server and the database comes down to creating and issuing comments in JSON. And if you use a third-party comment service like Disqus, then even this is not required.
Moodle
Moodle is perhaps the biggest name in the LMS space, and for good reason.
It is a free and open source e-learning software platform that can be configured to manage many types of learning environments for education, training and staff development. Features include customizable design, personalized dashboards, calendars, file management, user roles, bulk course creation, and more. In addition, Moodle has hundreds of native plugins that help enhance the functionality of the platform.
