I. Can someone really share their experience in choosing a CMS?
II. there are a couple of applicants, I'll write in order of priority:
1. HostCms
2. UmiCms
3. Bitrix

You, as a customer, choose the best performer. The contractor himself will choose the CMS.
If you choose cms for the performer, then this is somehow not correct.
