Which CMS to choose for 1 million products + 8000 properties + 1500 categories + 15t hosts/day?

In connection with the expansion of the business, I am trying to decide on the choice of CMS, since I don’t want to reinvent the wheel. The logic of the site will be similar to exist.ru: 1 million products with a unique article, on the page of each product there will be a list of options (option-quantity-price-delivery time), each option is an offer from a specific supplier, the client selects products from different suppliers and then takes all order at a single point of issue. Each supplier has a personal account through which he loads (updates) the prices and the availability of his options with a file (option-manufacturer-manufacturer's article-price-availability), based on the manufacturer's article, the option is linked to a unique product in the catalog. In general, the logic is similar to a marketplace, a multi-vendor - only the supplier loads options and not products.
I just can’t decide on what to deploy it, at the moment a similar site is working but with 60 tons of goods and 5 suppliers (they don’t have personal accounts, I load and update the options myself) on SimplaCMS.
I looked at multi-vendor extensions cs-cart, open-cart - something seems to be not very suitable. I think it will take a long time to write from "0" on the fremfork.

CS-Cart and Bitrix Enterprise are very suitable.
Another thing is that integration should be handled by a team with experience in solving similar problems.
PS What's wrong with regular CS-Cart? There is even a feature for partial order dispatch. Those. You can make multiple deliveries from an order.

Probably Laravel, write a store from scratch. Easy to write, easy to maintain. Loads: depends only on the webserver sysadmin. With proper caching, the fastest option. CMS - no, not so flexible.

I also think that it is more logical to write a solution for yourself. I have done IM with auto parts and integration with service providers (it seems to be a techdoc, if I'm not mistaken). The site was made on wordpress + woocommerce, it took a long time to put it all together so that everything looked like a solid site and worked fine. In your case, it is more logical to write something of your own. I think for such a large project, money for development should not be spared.

One worked with WordPress and got burned, the other thinks that the load depends on the system administrator, have you seen the postmeta database table at the same WordPress? CS Cart will bring any of your self-written engine to its knees, there are sites with 53,000,000 products on cs cart and I think on Bitrix too.
