Which CMS is best suited for creating a site with a large number of subdomains and one database?
I would like to ask: Are there any CMS that would be more suitable for the following task.
There is a site on the main domain 2 levels. The site is single-page, which simplifies the task. You need to create another 100 subdomains (for different cities) that will host the same pages. The difference in pages will be only in the address (location of the organization). Well, figuratively speaking, each subdomain has its own branch, and all other content will be the same.
Of course, I would like to have one base for all these pages on subdomains.
Can there be any CMS in which it would be easier to carry out this task?

What for then a DB?
If for quick editing of branches, then the fastest way would be to write your own API. A question of a couple of hours of study and an hour of coding.
And so, WP and multisites in it are best suited.
Order a bike. In DNS and the host, there is something like this record *.domain.com
Routing itself is at the bicycle level.
If you need a CMS, then in DLE you can do this from the panel.
