How to fix master2 template customization errors by yootheme?

Installed on an empty cms Joomla template from YooTheme yoo_master2.
In the template settings, when you click on the Customize button, such an error occurs.
Retrieving styles data failed!

It means so. Tried everything.
Accidentally sat down at a friend's computer. Everything worked there.
Maybe it's in my computer or even in the browser.
I returned to my computer, demolished all browsers, cleaned the profile.
Installed Yandex browser. And voila. Earned.
