Which CMS has good customization (creation of page types, custom fields)?

Hello! I am looking for a CMS with the ability to create my own page types and add my own fields to them like Drupal, but not so cumbersome.

There are two goals: to start with, create a simple website with a blog and the ability to post projects. That is, pages like "static page", "article" and "project" are already planned. Then, following the same principle, we will create an archive site where architectural projects will be placed, that is, an emphasis on graphics and some text. That is, static pages, articles and then projects are outlined again. But there will be a lot of projects, so we need ease of creating pages after the initial stage of preparing the site.

I have already tried many options: Drupal (chic, but heavy), MODX (the admin panel seemed unpleasant to a simple user),Grav (same), Flextype and Kirby . I liked Flextype very much, but it's damp and it's not yet clear whether the project will develop (one person works, however). I liked Kirby the most, as well as those who will work with the site. But for now, they postponed it, as the price tag makes you think. We also tried to install Bolt CMS , but did not master the installation)). We looked towards Batflat and if there was an opportunity to create your own types of pages, then there would be no price for it. But alas. Same with Textpattern .

So, what CMS can you recommend that allows you to set your own types of content / pages, give them their own fields, while not being too cumbersome? Maybe it makes sense to try the above systems again and did I miss something?)

Tweak configs, write YAML, create your own templates in HTML and CSS using twig or another template engine, we can do all this without problems. With a database or a flat-file, it doesn't matter. We will change the default theme out of the box, make our own.

As a result, they took Processwire CMS. Very easy to learn and topics to write a pleasure. We really create any data types we want. After the basic setup of pages and fields, users found it easy to post notes and projects.

I really liked octoberCMS out of the box with a couple of basic free plugins, you can already implement most of the tasks . You
can also try craftcms , field customization with the free super-table plugin is just fabulous there, so complex things can be implemented, I was delighted, but the cms itself is quite expensive , although for personal projects it seems like you can use the free version.

there is a headless CMS - strapi (it's hard to write logic in controllers)
add Quasar (Vue.js) + OpenApi or GraphQL to it. Another hack nodered.org for high-level api
Another option is Wordpress + ACF
Personally, I hesitated and started writing similar things myself in C#.
Another interesting thing is allegedly total.js, but everything is clumsy there, although it looks decent.
There is Orchard Core on Asp.Net, everything seems to be there and there is still a hill from above, even multitenant, but it will never be finished (the first version of Orchard was not finished and abandoned), plus the layout is dreary and there are zero docks.
I've heard good things about craftcms, but haven't used it.
I also want to test https://www.dronahq.com

I recommend wordpress + pods.
