2. To work on any simple hosting out of the box
3. Relative cheapness of implementing SMS statuses of orders, statuses of mailings
4. Preferably a mobile application for monitoring the work of the store
5. Cheapness of developing additional functionality for it
6. Russian-speaking
PS It is desirable except for Bitrix.

magento - do not take it, you will be sewn up in support and refinement.

From the minuses:
You have to cut urls, because the standard ones are not very suitable for work (or buy plugins that solve this problem).
Prestashop - expensive, more difficult, more gluttonous.
Magento is more expensive, even more difficult, even more voracious. =)
