Which cloud storage to choose for busy sites?

I'm thinking of starting my project, but I don't really understand in which cloud storage to store files. I recently stumbled upon Selectel , but looked at the traffic rates for some reason and became discouraged. If suddenly there will be video, audio, video broadcast and ..., then it will be a little expensive. I think it's more suitable for simple sites. Meanwhile, I mean a constant influx of new information. I'm new to this, please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks in advance.

The cloud allows you to scale with load growth (for additional money). Perhaps even automatically. And the payment will vary depending on the different load at different times of the day.
The cloud allows you to save only if you have significant periods of time without load.
For a constantly loaded system, it makes sense to make your own system.
The cloud means separate servers for the site engine and separate servers for storing and uploading media files.
The cheapest storage is to take your own dedicated server from OVH or Hetzner.
No one can simply get cheaper in terms of the cost of 1 G of storage and 1 G of traffic when the server is full.
But you have to pay for a dedicated server regardless of the load.
When the load is very torn - the cloud makes sense.
And only then.
