Need a utility to check files on hdd for excessively long filenames (not supported by Windows). Is there such a thing?

There is a hard drive filled with information. Folders include subfolders, sometimes they contain files with too long a name. After sharing on file sharing, many files become inaccessible. How to fix

1. When copying, Total Commander displays a message if the file name is too long and suggests renaming. Run to copy and rename.
2.Reduce the number of folders to the final file.
3. In the same Total Commander , there is the possibility of group renaming - give shorter file names.
