Which cloud storage service supports tagging?

Evernote taught me to store information by tags, working with folders after that is terribly inconvenient.
Now I use OneDrive for storing files (handy if you have an Office 365 subscription) and Google Drive. Neither one nor the other seems to support tags.
Is there a similar repository where you can:
1. mark files with tags
2. display a general list of tags
3. filter files by an arbitrary set of tags?

Google Drive stores files in folders based on tags. True, this is not very convenient to use.
