Deploying eureka netflix server to heroku works weird, why?

Guys, for the first time I connect netflix zuul + eureka to my microservice architecture. I ran into a problem, I can’t find the reason:
Deployed all the servers, including the zuul server and the Eureka server on heroku, Registered everywhere
in the client services (spring, maven) in app.properties:
eureka.client.url=Eureka address on heroku .
In fact: when I open the Eureka panel on the local host (localhost: 8761) in the browser, I see that all services are registered normally. When I enter the panel through the deploy link (heroku), it is empty. What happens, I don’t specify the local host anywhere?
