Which cloud hosting to choose for a Ruby On Rails project?

If we consider cloud hosting for a Ruby On Rails application, which one should I choose?
Criteria:
1) I want to be able to run multiple sites in the same configuration (if I understand correctly, heroku.com is not allowed). This is not a critical point.
2) I want autoscaling
3) I want built-in support for Rails (although not necessarily), and rails 3
4) I want cheaper :)
If you have experience deploying rails applications in the clouds, please share your impressions

Great for Digital Ocean ( http://digitalocean.com/ ) Rails applications. There is everything you need, from what you indicated in your question. Well, the price is very good.
