Who knows a good and convenient client for setting up l2tp\ipsec connections? the default Windows, unfortunately, is not suitable for certain reasons (

If you don’t know what to put for the network, then put Cisco at the same time throw out Windows

OpenVPV - because it's open.
Or an SSh tunnel using PuTTY - it is the easiest, available to a simple user without admin rights ..

I don't know about L2TP, but there is not a single normal client for IPSec. There was The GreenBow (aka ZyWall - only slightly repainted), but there are difficulties with setting up - you need to rummage around IPSec to understand what it needs. The built-in Windows client on machine certificates is like the very thing you need.
