Which chip or solution is suitable for recording MJPEG from camera to SD card?

There is a camera that drives MJPEG video via USB. I can not find a simple solution (for example, on one or two chips) to write this stream to an SD card. Now this task is performed by Raspberry PI.
Video 1920×1080 @30FPS, bitrate no more than 25 Mbit/s.
The map is no longer needed for other tasks, even for reading.
Raspberry is not satisfied, because it takes a long time to start, it is too cumbersome for this task, it eats a lot.
Not necessarily, but it would be nice if the stream was converted to h.256.
And if there is a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) on the chip, then it’s generally ideal.
Thanks!!

Do not fool your head - buy a camera that immediately drives the stream into the H265.

XM550 and Hi3516CV300 chips with DSP is a pure chamber solution.
Why these gardens with Raspberry PI I do not understand - how to "plow on a Merc".
PS Chips have USB - if you want, you can write a driver for USB cameras...
