Good evening. For a long time in search of a simple and cheap (within $ 5 / month), but all sites / reviews are 1-2 years old. What can you advise on the experience of use? The main goals are Teamspeak server + Apache / nginx as a test site. That is, huge capacities are not required.

True, a letter came from them a week ago that prices would increase from 02/01/2017 by 0.4 USD, or if you count in rubles - 23 rubles. Of course, it would be better if they lowered it, but if you order from 6 months, then the price does not seem to change.

I tested the copy time of a 2 gigabyte file - 6m 44 sec (on my windows machine - 2 min 2 sec!). I asked technical support why it took so long - they say:
For security and stability purposes (so that no one could eat all the disk resources), we introduced some restrictions on IO and IOPS, which are reflected in the Service Agreement.
