Which charge chip to choose for an electronic watch?

I decided to make my own "smart watch", the selection of components as a whole is completed, it remains only to find a 3.7V 700mA battery power microcircuit and do not want to power the 3.7V-5V microcircuit based on the keys, and there is no desire to turn off the microcircuit during charging.
