Which camera should I choose for time lapse?
Hello. You need a reliable camera to shoot time lapses in JPG or RAW. Any mount, the main thing is that you can put Nikon optics. Please advise.
Are there cameras with a fully electronic shutter so that there are no mechanics?

What are time lapses/why?
In some cases, it’s easier to buy an inexpensive Nikon DSLR so as not to bother with adapters, which, if electronics are available, can cost no less than lenses. Mirrorless cameras, unfortunately, are still significantly inferior in terms of image quality.
In others, it is better to take a decent video camera that has a time-lapse mode (for example, Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera) and an adapter from Nikon to MFT.
Well, if the quality is not critical, take an inexpensive Nikon or someone else's soap dish with interchangeable lenses and an adapter from nikon f to nikon 1 / something else.
