A cloud for a site with movies or is it better to rent a server?

I want to make my own website with films. The site itself as a whole is already ready, but I want to upload movies in 4k, which weigh 50GB each + the site will be conditional for people without any paid subscriptions, etc., a maximum of 1 advertisement before viewing and a couple of banners. Advise cloud storage with adequate prices. I thought to consider a Google drive, but also 7000 UAH per month if 30TB, quite a lot in my case, I doubt that advertising will generally cover the cost of the cloud.

This is the right price. On a regular dedicated server, you won't be able to handle even a dozen concurrent users.

The site will be banned very quickly by the copyright holders

Judging by the prices in hryvnia - you are in Ukraine. So, your site will live exactly until the first appeal of any Pindos office (which watch over the rights to their "creativity" like evil dogs), and then they will immediately shut it down. This is the first thing
. Why do you think the pipe does not upload 4K quality even when it can? And even with a level of technical equipment that no one else has?
The answer is simple - there is not enough speed for distribution. You calculate what speed you need for distribution ... well, at least a dozen users at the same time.
This is second

The cost of dedicated server resources is usually lower than the cost of resources in the cloud. But, given that in the cloud, resources are paid for as they are consumed, it is worth considering both options.
You can contact us: there is both an IaaS cloud and dedicated servers.
