Recognition of license plates in a video file, what?
The task was to quickly recognize license plates from a video file (s) with an average size of 500MB. There are about 10 files. The question is how can this be done and, if possible, without spending significant money on the purchase of such a solution? tnx in advance for any thoughts/suggestions
