Which callback script to use for the site?

We thought about integrating a script into the site that will catch users and offer them to order a call back. How do you use the script and what do you recommend?
We consider several solutions:
1. Integration of Callbackhunter, hookmyvisit or Livetext
2. Integration of a simple callback form (the question is still what. While the chat is standing)
3. Buy a ready-made solution and adapt it for us (the question is what)

The usual button next to the number in a prominent place. Other whistles (such as Callbackhunter) are already annoying.
