Which budget server to take for a few small tasks?

Good afternoon!
Help me choose a budget server for several tasks.
1. Software for ACS. (eats very little)
2. Kaspersky Server. (also not particularly loaded)
3. In the future, a proxy server. (Ideco or UserGate).
4. Perhaps a file washer.
And now two things. Cheap and rack mountable (preferably 1unit).
Tell me who and where buys iron. And what server would you recommend?
It is desirable that there is some kind of remote control.

Previously, servers were always bought in USN. Like Nix/F-Center/Forum/Citilink.

Take a closer look at this Mikrovskaya platform.
System : 5018d-mf
CPU : e3-1220v3
Memory - maximum for the wallet
Disks - a couple of smarter ones (WD Black) + SSD and for all this ProxMox with ZFS (allows you to use SSD as a cache)

They offer this.
Server Dell PowerEdge R220 1xG3430 1x8Gb 2RLVUD x2 3.5" S110 iD7Ex 1G 2P 1x250W 3Y NBD (210-ACIC-20)
Price 60K. Will it work or is it better to look at a solution from SuperMicro?

Open the market and look for any server with ipmi. Even Atoms (the latter, like J1800-J1900) and celerons will cope with the tasks described, although I would advise taking it with a margin.
