Which browser to choose for Windows 10 on a budget laptop?

Actually the essence of the matter, I bought myself a Lenovo 320 series, inside 4GB of RAM, intel 7th Gen, and some kind of discrete video chip from AMD. Chrome absolutely suited me on my stationary computer, but on a laptop it lags wildly, I discovered EDGE which feels great under win10, but it just has a terrible inspector, plus you need to jump with a tambourine to put extensions under it. Therefore, I ask the community, which browser is better to use for my needs?

Choose a chromium-based browser. For example SRWare Iron - develops, is updated.

It is better to expand the RAM to the maximum that your laptop supports.

Add memory up to 8GB and change the disk to an SSD.
Any browser will work fine.
In this configuration, they will all slow down.
