Advise which book on Android development to read in 2018, preferably for professionals.

There is one book on Android, which is updated 2-3 times a year.
This is "The Busy Coder's Guide to Android Development", there is a paid subscription for $20 per year for all updates

The latest version is currently 8.12 dated June 13, 2018. Quite a fresh book.

None. Android is developing very rapidly, most of the books are lagging behind before they even come out. In Russian - all 100%.
