Which blinds/curtains and servos are best for DIY window auto-closing?
I want to make the windows open and close themselves with the sun.

It is , in my opinion, the most versatile drive. But you can look for variations.
I used to make my own from improvised means. Some kind of motor from a printer (not a stepper one), a small board with a couple of optical sensors on it, and several different logic circuits. Plus a set of Chinese remote control RF + receiver. But they didn’t open up and down for me, but turned - that is, in two positions - they either let light through or block it. A flag was placed on one of the plates, which, when moving, blocked one of the sensors, and the motor stopped turning. That is, we press the button, the motor spins until the sensor works (or no more than a couple of seconds, I later added it so that when the flag breaks, it does not spin for eternity), we press it again - it spins back until another sensor is triggered.
On the Intel IT Galaxy forum (already closed for a long time) I posted both a diagram and a video of how it works and a description. However, this is far from the best option, I like the fact that the link above, except that you also have to pay for it, and assembled from G * and sticks is free (well, almost).
Naturally, any, if we are talking about diaiwai.
What you have on hand is what you automate. Even here on Habré there seemed to be something like that.
In Google you can find several different options for automating blinds / curtains.
In general, there is complete freedom in diaivae, take the available acorns and sticks and siberian what you want.
If you are only going to buy blinds, then it makes no sense to fence the garden and you should order ready-made automatic ones. Well, at least take the electric drive ready.
