In general, there are a couple of companies that make AWP compatible processors, for example this one: www.milandr.ru/. But their prices are horse, as I understand it, they work mainly for the military commissar. And there is still such a company: www.multiclet.com/, they make debug boards, also at not very humane prices.

1) I agree with the previous speaker: it is not clear what you mean by analogs of chips.
Russian 8-bit microcontrollers have been around for a long time. Ever since Soviet times. But, as far as I know, they are all clones of "foreign" ones.
2) We also have our own SPARC processor (in which, for some reason, they added support for emulating a stillborn, but nonetheless popular in the x86 desktop environment). It's called Elbrus.
3) If you need it for all kinds of crafts, but at the same time you hold the soldering iron like this: demotivatorium_ru_konja_na_skaku_ostanov
then, there, our guys are making a mini-computer with Linux on board and the size of an SD card.
