It seems that Vuze (Azureus) or Deluge could be, they are cross-platform, but the first one is blocked on many trackers and generally eats resources, after the second one I noticed that it pumps well, but distributes poorly and does not see all the peers at all, and then dug - it turned out that he is also blocked. Popular Windows clients: I don't want to use uTorrent and bitTorrent, they contain adware. I don't want KTorrent under Linux either, it pulls KDE.
