I finished setting up Bitrix24 for the online store and saw that it almost did not make my work easier.
I used a free tariff (maybe that's why this result).
Only orders are synchronized from the online store, these orders are added to leads, leads to contacts, and that's it.
If we process an order in IM, then in Bitrix the order does not move from new to processed, you need to do it yourself, as a result, double work.
The only noticed plus is that she collects contacts.
