Which banner roller to choose?

Colleagues, tell me, please, which banner roller to choose for a small site?
The nearest time is the ceiling of 500,000 impressions per month.
The tasks are simple:
- hang ads in standard formats and sizes
- target by the main parameters (geo, time, number of impressions)
- give access to advertisers
I choose between Adriver, AdFox, e-Planning and AdHands. But with none of them as a platform did not work. So I don't know what to choose.
Please advise?

I used OpenX , it's free, flexible, everything you need is there, but I've gotten fat lately :)

OpenX eats server resources.
I noticed a free service from Google
DoubleClick for Publishers
www.google.com/dfp/
There is no time to deal with it.
I read reviews that poor-quality localization in Russian, it is better to use the English version.

Revive Adserver came to replace OpenX . Free banner spinner.
Apache web server with mod_php or other FastCGI enabled web server (nginx, IIS 7+, lighttpd, etc.)
PHP 5.1.4+, 5.2.x, 5.3.x, 5.4.20+, 5.5.2+
Requires PHP extensions installed: zlib, pcre, xml, mysql and/or pgsql
Additional PHP extensions: curl and/or openssl, gd, any opcode cache (opcache, apc, eaccelerator, xcache)
MySQL 4.1 +
PostgreSQL 8.1+
Statistics are considered.
Support for php 5.4/5.5, the number of tables in the database has decreased from 66 to 57 compared to OpenX 2.8.7
