Which bank to connect to the withdrawal of funds from the AppStore?

Previously, I used Promsvyazbank to withdraw from the AppStore, everything was perfectly displayed on a dollar card. Now since May, the bank can expect problems related to sanctions, I want to transfer the withdrawal to another bank. Faced a problem.
1. There is a dollar account in VTB24, but my city is tied to the Voronezh branch, which for some reason is not in the list of banks working with Apple, it cannot be found by BIC. I can't link to their account.
2. I don’t want to get involved with the Savings Bank, they like to block accounts and cards on occasion and without.
3. What other options are there in my city - Binbank, Tinkoff, Raiffeisen, Rosselkhoz, Vostochny, Post Bank, Russian Standard.
Tell me, can anyone withdraw money from the store to any of these banks, what would you advise?

I have been withdrawing to Tinkoff for two years. Never had any problems.
