Rejection in the appstore store?

22.4
: Apps that provide unauthorized file sharing will be rejected
22.4
We found that your app falls into the category of apps that are often used for illegal file sharing, which does not meet the App Store Guidelines' consideration.
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your app concept and evaluate how you can incorporate various content and features that are in line with the Guidelines.
For information on app design, check out the videos: "Ingredients of Great Apps" and "Designing User Interfaces for Mobile and iPad Apps," available from the iOS Dev Center site, and the iOS User Interface Guide in particular the section, "Great iOS Apps Embrace Platform and HI Design principles "and" Human Interface principles ".
what to do? and is it possible to competently get around it?

Well, in February, the vk application itself was deleted. Rumor has it that the reason is just a copyright infringement.
If you also download the files yourself and allow them to be shared, then it is better to refuse this. And so a slippery question, as I wrote above, VK themselves are not so smooth. I would give the option to listen for records/cache
