Which backup to choose for Windows Server Core?

Under Windows Server, I use the free Veeam Agent, unfortunately, it does not work in the Core version of windows server.

What can be used under this OS for daily backup of files? Preferably with a GUI, so that restoring a single file would give as little headache as possible.

The easiest thing is to virtualize the server, not think about any files and folders, but increment the entire machine, all through the web gui proxmox backup server, and restore any file of the desired date in a couple of clicks in the same place.
