Which Azure VM to choose?

This is my first time deploying anything to azure, so I'm asking for your advice.

You will need to run multiple docker containers.
1st will be with django server
2nd - with OSRM server
3rd - with postgres

Tell me which tariff to choose for these needs?
And what is the difference between virtual machines of categories B, D, etc.?
